Overview
Demant is a global leader in hearing healthcare and audio technology. During my tenure as Marketing Graphic Designer at Demant Canada, I supported multiple subsidiaries, including Oticon, Bernafon, Oticon Medical, Sonic, Daitec, and Philips, contributing to both corporate and client-facing marketing initiatives.

I designed innovative digital and print marketing materials for corporate campaigns, with a particular focus on product launches. I also supported hearing clinic owners nationwide, helping them effectively promote their services and engage their audiences.

A key achievement was optimizing email marketing processes across all brands. I implemented templates and a design system within the email infrastructure, streamlining creation and deployment, and spearheaded a new mail merge system using MS Power Automate to deliver personalized emails with custom event certificates. This initiative enhanced efficiency, consistency, and the overall customer experience across multiple brands.

Bernafon 12 Days of Giveaway was a holiday-themed prize draw website designed with Ceros to create an engaging seasonal experience. From December 1–16, users could reveal daily prizes and submit entries through forms connected to Click (formerly ClickDimensions – a marketing automation add-on for Microsoft Dynamics CRM). The interactive calendar added anticipation and fun, while error messages guided users outside the active dates.
